About Me

Hi, I'm Mickey. I'm a writer and creative director. My background is in journalism, but for the past ten years I have worked in the creative department at advertising agencies and in-house at a couple of major US-based technology companies. I grew up in the UK and have also lived in the US and Canada.

I follow missing person and criminal cases and write about them on Twitter and on this blog. I am also passionate about covering the issues of domestic abuse and narcissistic abuse. I have hosted regular online groups for survivors of narcissistic abuse and try to bring awareness to this issue on my platforms.

For the past six months, I have been covering the case of Nicola Bulley, a mother of two who went missing from Lancashire, UK on January 27 of this year and was found deceased in the River Wyre near her home on February 19. For the meantime (forever?), my focus will be on Nicola's case, but I may also periodically cover other cases.

I strive to put out information that is discerning, research-heavy, cites credible sources, and promotes the work of talented and thoughtful creators across social media. If you find my work useful, send me a cuppa via my Buy Me A Coffee page.
